What we’re looking for: 

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.  

Therefore, we are looking to take on an Internal Communications Manager to play a key role in helping our employees feel engaged, motivated, and proud to represent our company, our vision, and our values.  You will achieve this by creating and distributing communications which are clear, engaging and effective.

As a part of our people team, you will be required to work across both Bristol and London sites, but your primary office will be Bristol. We can offer a flexible working environment with home and office working, however we expect the Internal Comms Manager to appreciate the importance of spending time in the office and with employees to better understand the business and culture.

We can offer this role on a contract (day rate) or fixed term contract basis.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Keeping employees connected and engaged to ESUK culture and values

  • Creating and maintaining a communication framework and strategy that will be delivered throughout ESUK

  • Providing coaching and teaching to key internal influencers to be able to communicate in an engaging and effective manner.

  • Creating great content and delivering engaging multi-channel communication campaigns on a variety of HR projects, including the company’s employee value proposition.

  • Participating in group forums and survey’s relating to ‘people’ topics and in turn taking and capturing these ideas and marketing them against the wider Elbit company.

 What we're looking for: 

  • This will be a standalone role so you will need to be autonomous, resourceful and highly motivated

  • Experience of creating and implementing company communication frameworks and strategies

  • Previous experience writing across multimedia communications channels

  • Experience of working across HR/Marketing communication channels; Diversity & Inclusion, EVP and Learning & Wellbeing

  • Excellent attention to detail and able to provide the highest level of communication across teams

  • Creativity - to always look for ways to improve communication across the team
