IS Support Engineer

Here at iO associates, we have the pleasure of working with a London-based digital agency that is on the lookout for an IT support engineer.

The IT Support Engineer will be part of a very supportive and close-knit team, that encourages growth, progression, and training.

Role: IT Support Engineer.

Location: London - Hybrid.

Salary: £42,000 & Benefits

Role will involve,

• Providing First and Second line support.
• Working with Mac OS operating systems.
• Be the key point of contact for all Mac related queries, and Mac systems and services.
• Ordering of company IT equipment from authorised suppliers.
• Onboarding of all new starters, and deprovisioning of leavers.

Technical skills required,

• Strong macOS experience and knowledge, specifically Monterey 12.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise of both using and managing Jamf Pro.
• Packaging applications.
• Active Directory.
• Office 365.
• Windows knowledge.
• Understanding of networking.
