IT Engineer | Bristol

What we’re looking for;  

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.   

We are looking to hire a number of IT Engineers to be part of our IT Service Desk team to support the continued growth of the company. You will work from triage and diagnosis of issues on the service desk to the technical administration and support of operational systems. 

You will be working alongside the IT Manager to provide IT and technical support across the business and have exposure to a number of projects and divisions as you support them with their IT maintenance and needs.  

We are looking for individuals who are very proactive and are looking to work in an fast paced environment that will allow you to pick up new technologies and get involved in a number of projects. Ideally we were also looking for people with these skills.  

Skills;

·       2-3 years IT Support experience

·       Ability to break down complex IT issues to non technical stakeholders

·       Experience with Windows OS, MS AD, Group Policy

·       Experience administering O365, Teams, Sharepoint and Azure  

Responsibilities;  

·       Providing Service Desk IT support

·       Diagnosing and configuring hardware and software

·       Equipment deployment & installations

·       Maintenance of IT infrastructure and server management
