IT Infrastructure Engineer

I am working with a world leading telecommunications company who have a brand-new position available for an experienced and dynamic IT infrastructure engineer.

The IT infrastructure engineer would play a central role working closely with the head of IT, within a growing team and handling second and third line responsibilities to internal users and infrastructure related issues. Role: IT infrastructure engineer

Location: London

Salary: £65,000 + benefits

Essential criteria,

• Strong experience building systems from scratch
• Strong knowledge in Windows and Linux OS (Ideally Red Hat)
• CCNA/CCNP.
• Strong networking expertise covering firewalls, site to site vpns and datacentres
• Strong Azure cloud experience and VMware

Ideal certifications although not essential are,

• Windows certified
• CCNA
• VMware certified
