IT Operations Manager

I am helping my client recruit an IT Operations Manager. The company is based in Central Bristol in one of the most sought-after locations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role leading a team at the heart of a growing SaaS.

The successful candidate will be leading and evolving the IT service and support capability, overseeing the day-to-day running of the companies cloud based SaaS platform.

Role: IT Operations Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits (Shares, Roof terrace, Gym etc)

Location: Central Bristol

Working Pattern: Office based but flexibility to WFH

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery
• Day-to-day running of the company's cloud-based SaaS platform
• Be a point of escalation for service and IT issues, working with the team to drive through to resolution.
• Lead and manage a team of service delivery practitioners.
• Lead and support IT systems and platform engineers in performance of their duties.
• Monitor and manage platform and IT costs efficiently.
• Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, reliable, secure and performant IT services to consumers.
• Create and maintain a professional culture
• Lead and assist with Information Security standards and best practice

Experience

• Previous experience leading a successful IT Operations capability
• Azure/PaaS - Advantageous
