iO Associates is seeking a Digital Project Leader to join a global aerospace and defence innovator driving major transformation initiatives across its UK sites.

In this role, you'll lead end-to-end digital projects - developing stakeholder relationships, aligning with business priorities, and using data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and support the rollout of next-generation digital tools.

Skills & Experience:

Proven project management, organisational and planning abilities
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
Experience in data visualisation and process optimisation
Understanding of manufacturing or operational environments
Exposure to coding (Python, JavaScript, Apps Script), RPA, AI, and digital tool deployment (desired)
