IT Service Delivery Manager - IT Networking, Cloud or Security

Service Delivery Manager wanted by one of the UK's leading Next Generation Security Businesses.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll be the bridge between clients and service teams. Making sure services are seamlessly delivered, meeting and surpassing client demands.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage desktop support, IT service desk, and VIP support functions. Keeping service levels high and implement improvements where needed.
• Taking charge of critical incidents, coordinate resolutions, and facilitate post-incident reviews.
• Manage service delivery schedules and financial aspects.
• Develop a deep understanding of projects to provide end-to-end solutions.

Experience:

• Commercial experience within Service Delivery or Customer Success.
• Knowledge of IT Networking, Automation, and/or Cyber or Network security.
