Your role as Support Analyst would involve supporting the service desk function and being point of contact for 1st and 2nd line tasks, if you have experience with SCCM you would also be utilising this experience and gain more exposure to plenty of new tech. The role would involve remote support, hardware builds, investigating and troubleshooting issues through to resolution, patching, backups and general IT administration.
