IT Support Analyst

Would you be interested in an IT Support role for a growing and transforming business? The position is key in order to help provide a better customer service as the business continues to have a very healthy pipeline of work. Strong technical knowledge, a confident phone manner and demonstrable industry skills are key.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving technical problems
  • Supporting 2nd Line in order to ensure all client queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and suggesting improvements to service where applicable
  • Routing calls to available specialists in more complex and difficult cases

Essential criteria:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Degree educated
  • An enthusiasm for IT
  • Adaptable approach and a good ability to prioritise

The client is keen to get the prospective IT Support Analyst appointed as soon as they are available. Salary is negotiable (DoE) and interviews are being arranged at short notice. Continued career progression is very much encouraged.
