Are you an IT Support Analyst with excellent customer facing experience as well as resolving technical issues within the Healthcare sector ?

iO Associates are looking for an IT Support Administrator to join a successful global Clinical Healthcare provider to resolve customer requests that are initiated through multiple support channels, including: telephone and online support request submissions.

You will be responsible for providing remote systems support and maintenance for mission-critical Imaging and Workflow systems that are deployed at customer facilities around the world.

Requirements:

• Experience troubleshooting/resolving technical issues including complex hardware and software problems involving multiple technologies.
• Healthcare industry experience
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with different audiences, including Information Technology Analysts and clinical staff.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software technical support environment.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Systems (PACS/RIS) is desirable.
