🛠️ What You'll Do:

Provide advanced support for hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain and troubleshoot firewalls (Palo Alto/Checkpoint), VPNs, routers, and switches
Support and manage Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Handle user account management, software rollouts, and security updates
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security protocols

✅ What You Bring:

Strong networking and firewall skills with Cisco configuration experience
Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and server basics
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL (preferred)
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities
