We are looking to hire an ITEA Lead to join our growing C4i division on the delivery of DJFI a CAT B programme of work for the British Army.

This particular position is critical to ensuring that the customers requirements are facilitated and taking lead of the integration, test, evaluation and acceptance of the programme. As ITEA lead you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the ITEA team as well as leading activity on the system and sub-systems of the product to point of client delivery and afterlife care.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manging the ITEA team

  • Responsible for developing ITEA documentation

  • Supporting the establishment of SIL and test facilities

  • Responsibility for test and trials reports

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within the ITEA domain

  • Experience of complex systems and subsystems within C4i

  • Experience developing test & integration plans

  • Experience presenting design reviews to customer and key stakeholders

  • Mentoring and developing system test engineers
