We are looking for a Junior Hardware Engineer to join this Tewkesbury based business to assist in the manufacture and production of their high-end cryptographic products! Some roles in a similar field might not fully utilise you as a person.

This compnay really look for your core-competencies from day one to build on your strengths and make you the best engineer possible! From your approach to your work, to your working style, a job works both ways and an employer needs to benefit you.

They are a 30 person business, so are a great size to introduce you to various aspects of life in a production environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be assisting the design and doing the repairs and fault-finding across their product line.

The nature of the work is in defence so offers a real behind the scenes look into cyber security and government defensive capabilities.

Key skills needed

• Digital & Analogue Circuits (operation & component)
• Experience of a manufacturing/production environment
• Test & repair of electronic assemblies
• PCB assembly
