Junior IT Support Engineer

iO Associates are working with a technologically innovative, industry-leading company who are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to work in their Swindon offices.

This role will work on the implementation and maintenance of external facing platforms. This company is looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer who wants to make the most of training and progression opportunities within the company.

Role: Junior IT Support Engineer

Location: Swindon

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

This company is well-known for their training and development and is looking for someone who is keen to develop their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Test and support new products
• Manage change requests
• Update and improve products, including automation in liaison with development teams
• Change management and scripting in SQL

This position is open to any individual with a passion for IT. This company has extensive training schemes and a super supportive culture.

This role will develop your understanding of computer science fundamentals.
