Lead Business Process Analyst - Remote - 3-6 months - £300 - £320 a day (Outside IR35)

Are you a Lead Process Analyst / Managing Business Analyst with strong process mapping, process re-design experience and can define a roadmap/strategy improvement plan?

iO Associates are looking for a Lead Process Analyst to work with the QA Delivery Lead to review, analyse and redefine core QAI processes and operations building a revised set of processes to be automated and optimised.

You must be able to critically assess processes, look at opportunities to improve and work to explore automation capabilities using tool sets.

Skill set:

• Mapping processes
• Optimising processes
• Background in operations
• Service Governance
• Someone experienced in reviewing and changing processes
• Experience with LEAN or Six Sigma
• Experience in a Telco background - desirable not essential.

The client is looking for asap start dates, so ensure you will need to be immediately available or coming to an end of your contract. Notice periods could be looked at.
