What does the role entail?

• Define a clear data testing strategy including consideration around what types of tests should be performed, which will be manual and which can be automated, what testing tools/framework to use and how the product will be regression tested
• Become an expert in the product suite and the business logic that it implements
• Review any upcoming user stories to ensure that they are suitably well defined for testing purposes
• Ensure every user story is well tested from a data processing point of view
• Automate the data tests where possible, ideally using the same C# test framework used by the engineers (engineers will be available to support this activity)
• Create a suite of regression tests to be run against the product prior to releasing it to the customer base
