Role: Lead Developer

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + share scheme, saving scheme, pension, bonus, variety of discounts, flexible/remote working, yearly salary reviews, training & development, career progression

iO Associates have partnered with a Cardiff based organisation that are on the lookout for a Lead Developer to join and work alongside a complete range of very talented technical people as well as act as a "right arm" for the Head of Software Development and take on line management for a team of developers.

This role also offers the chance to collaborate with technical leaders and architects as well as a range of other colleagues who specialise in various other verticals such as Data and Consumer Experiences.

We are looking for a leader that enjoys working independently as well as helping to bring along other, more junior members and fostering a keenness to learn and develop.
