Lead Developer - .Net & Azure - £50,000-£60,000 -Bristol/Remote

iO have partnered with a 'next-gen' tech driven FinTech to find them a Lead Developer.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves building new, complex products with modern .Net/Azure tech. Being the lead developer - you will have loads of opportunity to get creative and decide how the projects are developed.

We're looking for someone who is able to manage a team of developers but remain technical too - with .NET/.NET core, azure microservices, JS frameworks.

We're keen to find someone who is able to influence architectural direction of projects and who can share responsibility for delivery with PO, Scrum Master while also taking accountability for driving the team's contribution to standards & quality.

This company value collective decision-making so it's vital that you enjoy bouncing ideas around with a team to reach goals together.

They're currently going through a period of exciting growth (e.g. a recently went through a $2.5 billion acquisition!) and are really excited to find someone who loves having the freedom to try out new things as much as they do!

There's a well established internal L&D training function which are dedicated to helping each employee progress, so the opportunities are massive with this company - you'll never have to wait around for a pay review again.

You don't necessarily need to have been in a Lead position before so this would be a particularly great opportunity if you're looking for that next step up in your career.
