Lead Engineer - Service and Technology

iO Associates are currently working with a leading Vacuum technology business who employ over 4000 people worldwide with manufacturing facilities across Europe, Asia and North America.

The business are market leaders working within multiple industries manufacturing sophisticated vacuum products & exhaust management systems, with a clear progression path from the moment you join, the company have been operating for more than 100 years giving you great stability.

This exciting opportunity would be to work at a facility in Burgess Hill. They are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Engineer. This role includes management of at least one other direct report and will involve indirect functional management of resources within our global customer centres to deploy continuous improvement projects. There will be global travel between the company and customer sites based on project requirements.
Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering / similar subject matter or HND and relevant experience
• Knowledge of emerging technology trends and how to strategise them into a Field Service Community (AR/VR/MR, Wearables, Big Data, SMAC, AGV etc.)
• Data analytics (Excel / SPSS / MATLAB / PowerBI)
