Lead Front End Developer | Bristol

Are you an experienced Technical Lead? Our Bristol based client is going through an exciting period of growth and looking to build an ambitious new team.

We're looking for someone who can Lead the Frontend Development in building the brand-new product, you'll be responsible for defining the tech on a brand-new project.

Ideally, you'll be ambitious and have a passion for Front End Development and Accessibility.

Leading a team of between 10-20 Developers, you'll help to;

• You will be responsible for building high quality front-end features for a brand new product. You'll develop and maintain branding styles, plus web and accessibility standards. You will use the latest technologies to build web applications that will work effectively on a variety of platforms and devices by:
• Delivering high quality UI's from concept to realisation;
• Driving innovation in UI and modern application architecture;
• Mentor and developing members of your team
• Work with the Front-End Development Manager to define technical objectives and to ensure they are met

Essential Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience of JavaScript, ES6 and a major front-end framework (React, Node, Vue, Angular etc)
• Experience of working within an agile environment
• Proven ability to deliver a wide range of projects, large and small
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development
