Lead Infrastructure Engineer

iO Associates are working with a market-leading company in Bristol who are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer. The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will lead a team, as well as getting involved in hands on duties.

Role: Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Bristol (lots of flexibility and remote working)

Salary: £45,000 + excellent benefits

This position will keep an eye on emerging technologies and evolve current technologies.

Technically, this role will involve working with:

• Microsoft 365
• Windows servers
• AWS or Azure

This role will involve:

• Driving infrastructure transformation projects/programmes encompassing Data centres, WAN, Servers, Virtual and Cloud Technologies
• Microsoft Office 365 (including Exchange, Sharepoint and OneDrive), Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security solutions, Windows Server (including Active Directory Domain Services), and databases and Microsoft SQL Server implementation & management, Networking technologies and WAN/LAN.
• On premises, cloud and private cloud hosting options and set up
• Overseeing Infrastructure Engineers
• Third party management
