iO Associates are working with a growing, sociable MSP based in Bristol who have a new opportunity to join their growing team.

Role: Lead IT Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000 + benefits

*Due to (fully expensed) travel to site, a full driving license is required for this role*

If you have experience working for an MSP and experience going the extra mile for clients, this role could be a great fit for you.

The company is growing hugely and is looking for someone who wants to grow with the organisation - this will involve a lot of onboarding new clients.

This is a fast-paced, environment where Engineers juggle multiple projects and clients at once. You will therefore gain great exposure to varied and challenging technologies with some of the best companies in Bristol.

The company is looking for someone from a technical background. The infrastructure environment includes:

• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• Windows servers
• Office 365

Responsibilities for this role include:

• KPI analysis
• Reporting
• Liaising with ciients in a heavily customer-facing capacity
• Keeping up to date with current technology and trends
