One of our key clients is looking for a great individual to improve and champion the Salesforce practice in the company. You would be on a mission to deliver massive projects within a trully innovative team.

This role will allow you to design, develop, implement, test and decide what will be the best way to approach the strategy around your department in this company. Your knowledge of Salesforce will be relied upon, and you will be a trusted partner within a team of talented technologists.

The company is right at the begining of the restructure of their IT. The director is very driven and gives a lot of autonomy and agency to her leads. The plan is to automate everything as much as possible, be more effective, be more innovative, think outside the box.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with delivery teams, managers, developers, and support team. The company like to create task forces to work on precise projects, hence you would be leading people from different departments as well so as to acheive the objectives outlined in a divisional product development team. There are also contacts with other third parties, so communication skills and a capacity to coordinate things with different groups of people is a great skill to have.

Essentials:

- Have experience with Salesforce, understand the development with Salesforce
- Be a real leader, be able to manage people and give directions, strategise, and then potentially hands on when needed
- Experience or exposure to all things digital and cloud
