Lead Service Designer - Permanent- Fully Remote

£70,000 - £75,000 per annum

IO Associates are proud to be partnered with a Software Consultancy who are looking to bring on a Lead Service Designer for a new Permanent role.

This role will be Fully Remote and pays a Salary of £70,000 - £75,000pa

You will need to bring experience in delivering service design projects across a range of clients and sectors, and demonstrate you have developed services and seen the implementation through across digital, physical and organisational design

This role also brings the chance to spot opportunities, create compelling pitches to clients and convert those into leading projects.

Skills needed:

- Experience across strategy development, and into delivery, liaising with marketing teams.

- Experience across digital, physical and organisational design

- Experience delivering service design projects

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- High level client and external enagement skiillset

- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
