Lead Service Designer - £75,000 per annum - Remote with some travel

IO Associates are proud to be partnered with a Software Consultancy who are looking to bring on a Lead Service Designer on a permanent basis.

This role will be remote with some travel required and can pay £75,000 per annum.

You will need to bring experience in delivering service design projects across a range of clients and sectors, and demonstrate you have developed services and seen the implementation through across digital, physical and organisational design

This role also brings the chance to spot opportunities, create compelling pitches to clients and convert those into leading projects.

Skills needed:

- Experience across strategy development, and into delivery, liaising with marketing teams.

- Experience across digital, physical and organisational design

- Experience delivering service design projects

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- High level client and external enagement skiillset

- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

The client are looking for asap start dates, so ensure you will need to be immediately available or coming to an end of your contract. Potentially short notice periods could be looked at.
