Role: Lead Developer

A Fintech company with plans for rapid expansion are building a new development team. They're looking for a Lead Developer to deliver software solutions and manage the team on internal and external app builds.
They are looking for someone with previous hands on .Net development experience to oversee the development, deployment and testing of company applications as well as integration work, migration plans and planning of projects.
Self-motivated, organised with qualities of a leader. They need someone with exceptional communication skills and previous work in agile/waterfall environments.
This is a managerial role so previous experience managing teams is essential.
