Mac SME / IT Support - Fully Remote - 6-Month Contract - £300 a day - January Start

iO Associates are currently looking for a Mac SME to join our client for a 6-month contract role offering £300 a day (inside IR35) for a January start. The client is looking for someone to start by January 3rd, interviews will take place next week and the client is happy for you to work 100% remotely.

This role will be the key point of contact for all Mac related queries, resolving incidents and requests to full resolution - you will need strong experience with Jamf and macOS Monterey. The client's current infrastructure is 60% Mac and 40% Windows, but they are adding more Mac-based devices to their offices, so they need a Mac SME to help set everything up and help with queries and incidents. You will also be providing first and second line support for the Windows user-base, escalating to the Network and Systems Engineer, and the Information Systems Manager where necessary.

You must have experience with the following:

• Extensive Mac experience - i.e. working with Macbooks, iMac's and anything Apple Mac related
• Strong experience with Jamf
• Strong experience with macOS Monterey
• Strong experience with application packaging
• Experience with Active Directory / Office 365 / Windows 10
• Good knowledge of Apple Business Manager / Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP)
• Some working knowledge of basic network management tools: DNS / DHCP / Routing - (this would be nice to have but not essential)
