🌍 Manufacturing Engineer

Pay Rate €45-€65 (Depending on experience)

iO associates is currently partnered with a client that is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join an international engineering and IT services provider.

In this role, you'll contribute to the development and industrialisation of complex systems, helping to shape sustainable, next-generation machines, plants, and transportation solutions. This is a factory for the future, utilising innovative technology which will help contribute to the sustainability of the industry.

What you'll do:

Define industrial requirements for manufacturing and repair processes to meet production targets
Develop product manufacturing structures, material flows, lead times, and build processes
Design and implement tools, manufacturing, and assembly processes aligned with ergonomic standards
Support the rollout of digital industrialisation technologies and planning systems in collaboration with R&D
Maintain close communication with supply chain partners

What you bring:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or similar
Experience in manufacturing or maintenance of complex transport equipment or machinery
Knowledge of MAIT processes and production control methods (Kanban, Lean, etc.)
Hands-on experience with tools, devices, and measuring instruments
Familiarity with production and planning systems (PPS)
CAD skills (Catia, 3DX)
Strong communication skills in German and English
