iO Associates are working with a rapidly growing, market-leading company who are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager.

This is a new role aiming to increase the company's market-presence and awareness. There is huge scope for this role to grow as the company continues to expand.

Role: Marketing Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + excellent benefits

Location: Bath, with working from home

This company is looking for a commercially-minded marketing individual who can manage multiple stakeholders within the business.

In this role you will work with:

• PPC
• Social media
• Trade events
• Advertisements
• Employer brand

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Handling multiple projects at once
• Focusing on results and key measurements
• Influencing senior stakeholders

The company is growing hugely and so is looking for someone who wants to role their sleeves up and get involved in multiple aspects across the business.

Previous B2B experience would be highly beneficial for this role.
