What we’re looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.   

We are now on the lookout for an experienced marketing professional to join our marketing and sales team and take charge of the E2E delivery of Marketing and Communication strategy and delivery.

You will be part of a small team that is responsible for the continued marketing, events and promotions of our success in the UK. With an ever growing UK presence and a number of recent project wins this role will encompass a diverse range of activities. We are therefore looking for an individual who revels in a challenge and can bring their extensive commercial experience managing different projects to create a successful marcomms strategy.

As sole Marketing Manager you will be responsible for all the PR, Digital, Marketing material, websites, landing pages and be fully involved with all events – we have a number of third party providers who you will be liaising with to ensure you have access to the best content and are able to enact your plans.

Due to this, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with managing the full array of marketing activities and is able to both produce strategy as well as implement and deliver a number of complex marketing projects across the business.

With this comes plenty of opportunity to build and hone a full-spectrum marketing skillset as well as in time be part of building a leading marketing and communications function.

What are looking for:

• Professional experience as a marketing communication leader.

• Experience working within Defence is essential

• Experience working within a multinational business

• Ability to make decisions and act in a dynamic and growing / changing organisation

• Experience delivering marketing and communications across a broad range of areas

• Strategy & Campaign Management
