Materials & Process Engineer

We are currently partnering with an innovative Aircraft company in Munich who are seeking a Materials and Processes Engineer to join their team.

Role specifications:

• Refine manufacturing instructions and material specifications.
• Develop comprehensive laboratory and qualification test plans.
• Evaluate and interpret test outcomes.
• Produce detailed technical documentation, encompassing test reports and memos.
• Conduct thorough material examinations and DSC analysis.
• Provide clear guidance to production staff to ensure procedural compliance. Oversee the production process of test coupons.
• Support stress and production teams in addressing composite material challenges.
• Evaluate concessions and repair solutions. Facilitate collaboration with suppliers and testing facilities for seamless operations.

Role requirements:

• Degree in Materials Science
• 5 Years experience in Materials and Processes
• Industry experience in composite manufacturing
• Familiarity with metallic materials and surface protection
• Fluent in English
