Contract Design Engineer

12 Months (Initially)

£40-50 per hour

OUTSIDE IR35

iO Associates has partnered with a client specialising in sustainable products to be used across safety critical industries, including Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Defence.

They're looking for a Design Engineer to join the team on an initial 12 month contract, contributing to a full range of CAE and CAD tasks.

The skillset sought after is:

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD (2D and 3D drawings)
  • Background in designing hydraulic equipment, including pumps and rotating technology equipment
  • Understanding of standards within the highly regulated environments, including ASME and Def-Stans

Please note, you must be SC clearable to be considered for this contract due to the nature of the project.
