This is an opportunity for a Mechanical Team Lead to get involved in an up and coming startup in Bristol who are changing the game in their field.

This company are currently working on exciting, undisclosed new projects for the Automotive, Aerospace and Motorsports industries, creating technology that has applications in all areas of these sectors including training, performance and strategy.

They're looking to bring on a Mechanical Team Lead with strong leadership skills and a good technical background to work alongside the Head of Mechanical Design in the development of these products. You will be responsible for managing a team of talented engineers, reviewing new designs/drawings and overseeing the engineering analysis.

Requirements:

• Experience leading a team
• Strong mechanical background
• Robust understanding of design & analysis
• Knowledge of robotics, actuators, motors etc.

You can expect to receive a salary of £50,000 - £75,000 for this role plus a range of other benefits.

This agile company are also cloud based and are still fully functioning during the COVID-19 pandemic and so this will not affect your application in any way.
