Job Title: Network Architect

Location: Basingstoke, UK (mostly remote with about once a quarter office/site visit)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £60k per annum

Active Security Clearance required.

iO Associates seeks a Network Architect to work with our client in Basingstoke Area. They are a prominent global entity in the information and communications technology solutions and services sector.

Your role entails providing technical leadership, understanding business and technical requirements, and producing impactful solutions and design collateral.

Required:

• Proficient in understanding customer requirements and proposing solid network solutions.
• Skilled in designing network solutions using Cisco, Juniper, and other global vendors.
• Capable of creating non-standard solutions across LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN, Voice, Video, Cyber, and Security.
• Well-versed in project lifecycle management with strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage stakeholders and make prompt decisions.

Desired requirements:

• Include CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership within projects.
• Produce technical impact solutions and relevant design collateral.
• Ensure effective technical delivery within secure Defence and National Security sector.
• Collaborate within project teams to design and deliver cost-effective network solutions.
• Contribute to building trust in society through innovative network architectures.
