Network Engineer - Winchester - 3-Month Rolling Contract (outside IR35)

iO Associates are currently looking for a Network Engineer to join my client based in Winchester for a 3-month rolling contract role (outside IR35). You will be undertaking work for project managers and will be based on our team of architects, Networks, and server technical engineers but maybe the only network engineer on the project. This candidate must have CCNA / CCNP certifications and ideally CCIE certified.

Responsibilities For The Network Engineer

• Firewall rule changes
• DHCP, DNS & IP Changes
• Vulnerability scanning and implementing remediation work
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring the quality of service

Working through issues on platforms alongside colleagues that may / may not be network related
The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be able to learn quickly. Understand network security principles and experience in assessing risk. follow ITIL processes.

Also, Have Experience Of Working On

• Configuring Citrix NetScaler to implement changes to load balancing, WAF, security protocols, and web re-directs
• Extreme / Dell or Cisco Switching / Routing
• Aruba
