Are you a Network Engineer with a good understanding of Cisco and Checkpoint knowledge?

IO Associates are looking for a Network Engineer to join an ogranisation based on the outskirts of Bristol for a 3 month contract.

You will be the first point of contact on network related issues and ensure effective communication with colleagues and safeguard all network related helpdesk requests are resolved.

Providing technical expertise to all aspects of the operational process including Firewall issues, general network problems and assisting the Network Lead on major network related issues.

Skills and experience:-

• Good understanding of Cisco knowledge
• Good understanding of Check Point knowledge
• Network security
• Network connectivity troubleshooting
• Strong and personable communication skills over the phone, email and in person
