Network Operations Engineer

iO Associates are working with a market-leading, and rapidly growing company who are on the lookout for a Network Operations Engineer in their Cheltenham office. This role will sit on a tight-knit service desk with a great culture.

This role will work on 2nd/ 3rd line duties focusing on the server and network infrastructure. The company is looking for someone who has strong experience in a 2nd or 3rd line role and who is interested in networking.

Role: Network Operations Engineer

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits

This company have a huge focus on training and development and will also give you the opportunity to learn lots in the varied day to day of the job.

Communication skills will be a vital asset for this role as it is very customer facing.

Technically, this role will involve working with:

• Windows servers
• Cisco patching, switches and routing
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• Office 365
