NPI Manager - Semi Controls

iO Associates are currently working with a leading Vacuum technology business who employ over 4000 people worldwide with manufacturing facilities across Europe, Asia and North America.

This exciting opportunity would be to work on the South Coast at a facility in Eastbourne. They are looking to recruit an experienced NPI Manager who will manage a cross-functional team and lead the development of new products and sub-assemblies in line with the roadmaps of all Vacuum Technique Divisions maintaining a time to market of less than 18 months for all major projects.

The business are market leaders working within multiple industries, manufacturing motor controllers & drives, with a clear progression path from the moment you join, the company have been operating for more than 100 years giving you great stability.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Bachelor or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience developing product development processes and able to make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience in a project management role using both Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.
