The NPI Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and groundbreaking technology. Spearheading a New Product Introduction programme to take world first technology from design into production. Our partners are leading the way within their field through pioneering cutting-edge technology for the green revolution. Through their advanced engineering technology, they are developing products that are going to significantly benefit the planets environment and help businesses solve challenges on their journey towards Net Zero.

We are helping this outstanding company in their search for an NPI Programme Manager to deliver this major programme. They need someone to develop the NPI strategy, manage key stakeholders, deliver multiple projects on time and to cost, engage with suppliers and customers, empower and influence staff, collaborate with the commercial teams, maintain industry regulations and standards, and encourage a continuous improvement culture.

NPI Programme Manager requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Several years' experience of leading complex NPI programmes
  • Track record of driving innovation and bringing new products to market
  • History of guiding projects from R&D to product launch
  • Customer and supplier management experience
  • Ideally qualified in APM, Prince2 or Agile Project Management
  • Ability to demonstrate the introduction of process development and continuous improvement
  • Microsoft Project Online
