Our client, based in North Bristol, are looking for an Office administrator to join them on a permanent basis. The company have been going for over 10 years and are a leading provider of specialised IT software in the UK and to users worldwide.
Working within the HR team, you will be involved in generalist administration tasks relating to: Accounts, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Training and Reception duties. The role will start out quite varid and gradually progress into more of an Accounts assistant role
They are currently working fully remote, however once it is safe to resume office working, this role will be based full-time in the office.
- 1 year's previous experience in a generalist Administrative, Receptionist, Accounts Administration role.
- Experienced working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ideal candidate must be flexible, organised, able to prioritise work and have the ability to work under pressure.
The company are still business as usual and are all set up to do interviews remotely via video link, once successful they will get you started ASAP!
