Operations & People Performance Director

What we're looking for;​

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.​

We're looking to recruit a People Performance & Operations Director to work with the COO and executive leadership to install and deliver our people first culture and operations. Based in Bristol the role can be worked split remote and in office and will sit right at the heart of the business ensuring performance is driven though individuals.

As part of the Elbit Systems' global business, the UK company has a wealth of expertise and innovation it can lean on as it pursues its aggressive growth strategy in the UK. This role is critical to the continued growth of the business and would see you at the heart of the business rhythm, operating as to allow both the day to day business operations but also promote people performance and growth across the business.

Having moved from a company of less than 30 in 2018 to a business of 150+ and growing to 300+ by the close of 2022 we are looking for someone that will be able to wear many hats, from leading the People & Performance Directorate and Business Operations as well as enable business continuity and work with the chief of staff, change consultants and the senior leadership team to bring about operational harmony internally as well as having touch points with external operations across bid & programme delivery.

Vital to the role is the capability to lead with a people first attitude and promote people performance for utilisation of those in the business today but also drive the future resource planning and people management for future hires.

This is a truly unique position and will be a fantastic opportunity to have an influence on the future direction of the company as their growth continues over the coming years.
