Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Essex area
Duration: Permanent role
Salary: £55,000 - £57,000 /Year with Benefits (Car allowance and Bonus etc.)
Type: Hybrid remote | 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri) and on-call

We are looking for a Operations Manager, for an industry leader with more than 30 years of experience in providing specialised care and assistance. Caring for over 3,500 people in the UK who have complex needs, such as autism, brain injuries, and learning difficulties.

You will be overseeing the operational management and leadership of a team of Managers and the deliverables of their teams in both regulated and non-regulated services.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and supporting service managers to manage their teams for delivery of excellent quality care and responsive services through effective leadership and performance management.
  • Holding regular team meetings with your managers which are documented and include agenda items such as areas of best practice, continual quality improvement and company communications
  • Whilst visiting services ensuring you get to know your managers, colleagues, PWS and their families/ representatives and whilst seeking their views, encouraging the feedback tool is being utilised. In addition, reviewing the effectiveness of feedback action plans your portfolio improvement.
  • Attending all registered services, Day services and DCA offices on a monthly basis. Attending at least 25% of schemes each quarter.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
