Security Cleared Oracle Environment Manager - Oracle Fusion

About the Role:

This role is with a trusted consultancy that works closely with UK central government, delivering critical digital transformation and enterprise solutions across complex cloud, data, and ERP programmes, the firm plays a key role in modernising core government functions through secure, scalable, and future-ready technology platforms.

You will be responsible for shaping and managing the full lifecycle of Oracle environments (SaaS, PaaS, and EPM), supporting critical phases from development and testing through to go-live and hyper care. This role is part of a major Finance Modernisation Programme (FMP) - a flagship initiative rolling out Oracle Fusion ERP across Finance, Procurement, and Recruitment.

Active SC clearance is essential - granted within the last 5 years and with at least 2 years of validity remaining.

Must-Have Experience:

Active SC (Security Clearance).
3+ years as an Environment Manager on Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes
In-depth knowledge of Fusion SaaS Pods, patching, and segmentation
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS)
Strong release management, data migration, and access control knowledge

Desirable Skills:

Certifications in Oracle Cloud / OCI or ITIL
Experience with Dynatrace, OCI Monitoring, or similar tools
Knowledge of DevOps, Python/Shell scripting, and cloud security
