Salary: £50-60k + Bonus (DOE)

Purpose: Lead multiple teams to deliver continuous improvement of packaging, creating sustainable, cost efficient and quality solutions.

iO Associates are working alongside a flourishing company based in the Wiltshire area, and actively recruiting a Packaging Development Manager to keep up with continuous growth of the company and provide packaging solutions to meet the needs of their customers.

They look to provide products to a range of sectors, servicing hundreds and thousands of individuals across the UK.

If you want to be involved and play a key part in benefiting local communities across the UK, you will need:

• Knowledge of Polymer packaging
• Knowledge of up to date packaging technologies
• Have previously worked within an FMCG environment - ideally within frozen and chilled food
• IOM3 Level 5 (Desirable)
