PACS Support Engineer

This is an opportunity for a talented 1st / 2nd line Support Engineer to join an international Healthcare technology company.

This role will be fast paced and challenging, as you will be supporting enterprise class IT and software, for clients working in healthcare.

Previous experience of supporting PACS / Radiology software is desirable, however candidates with experiencing other software applications will also be considered.

The key is to have a positive attitude and a world class focus on customer experience.

Requirements:

· Technology Degree (preferred but those qualified through experience will also be considered)

· Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with different audiences

· ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

· Excellent troubleshooting skills with complex hardware and software problems involving multiple technologies

· Networking fundamentals, including Ethernet, TCP/IP, WAN

· Knowledge and experience in Enterprise-class servers, workstations, and system management and Windows system administration.

· Ability to learn quickly in a high pace, challenging environment
