Part-Time GDS User Researcher

iO Associates are partnered with a consultancy client on their search for a part-time User Researcher with GDS experience to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will be happy to work 2-3 days a week, and is able to start ASAP. The client are offering a single stage interview process, with slots available later this week.

Location: Remote
Rate: £500 - £550 per day (OUTSIDE IR35)
Duration: 6 months

Skills & Experience
* Previous experience coordinating and running research activities to support the continuous development of a programme
* Experience of using different methods to achieve insights (both qualitative and quantitative) for example sampling, questionnaire design and analysis, interviews, ethnographic observations, facilitating workshops, focus groups and other types of group discussion, and managing stakeholder engagement sessions
* To understand user centred design principles and practices

* Strong knowledge of the GDS (Government Digital Services) framework and experience delivering within the Government sector
* Must have completed an alpha or beta in the last 18 months
