What we're looking for:

We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to work with our business unit lead for our EW & ISTAR business unit. The role will see you supporting the BU Lead as well as wider senior team with a variety of tasks, including; calendar management, travel booking, visitor management and general day-to-day support.

This role would suit an individual who enjoys working within a fast paced environment and is looking challenge themselves with a number of different tasks whilst working within a close knit team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary Management

  • Organising the BU Lead and teams travel arrangements

  • Assisting business unit visitors are greeted and welcomed.

  • Managing meeting diaries, room bookings and demonstrations.

  • Supporting with event management and organisation.

What we're looking for:

  • An individual with experience as a Personal Assistant.

  • Commercial experience of diary management, organising events and personal assistance.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • A real go get character who can challenge process and drive success.
