I am currently working with a leading UK-based IT consultancy, and supporting them in their search for AWS and Azure Platform Engineers to join their new South Wales office. The company put an emphasis on technology and approach, making sure to stay on top of new technology. This makes it a very exciting environment, with constant exposure to cutting-edge technologies.

The company have a very collaborative and social culture, across both work and outside of work, where they often arrange games nights and other social events. The role would be remote for the foreseeable future.

As a Platform Engineer, you'd focus on Linux and Windows operating systems, Scripting, Automation, Configuration Management and other DevOps technologies to help delivery top solutions to their clients.

Key requirements:

• AWS or Azure Cloud
• Linux / Windows Systems
• Scripting (e.g. Python, Perl, or Shell)
• Configuration Management (e.g. Ansible, Puppet or Chef)
• Containerisation and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code
