PLM Methods and Tools Expert

iO Associates are seeking a Product Lifecycle Management and Tools Expert for a 6 month contract/freelance role on-site in Zürich, Switzerland, to commence ASAP.

Your main role will be to support in the definition and implementation of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management processes and solutions. Responsibilities will also include:

• Documentation of PLM and Configuration Management (CM) processes and methods
• Training key users in PLM and CM related processes and tool methods
• Assist in the definition and execution of PLM migration activities
• data mapping
• analysing gaps between current Teamcenter11 and future Teamcenter14 procedures and data models
• User Acceptance Tests
• Collaborate with business on PLM & CM process improvements
• Collaborate with business for PLM problem solving
• Support with the definition and redaction of:
• PLM Plan
• CM Plan

Minimum requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in PLM
• At least 5 years of experience in processes architecture
• Expert in Siemens Teamcenter
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Either: a Swiss Passport OR an EU Passport OR an already held Swiss Work Permit
