What we're looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We are hiring for an individual to join us as a PMO Administrator to support our growing PMO team. The role will see you working with the Head of PMO, PMO Manager and PMO Analysts in providing support with cost, scheduling and risk and monitoring and maintaining documents and files needed by the team.

This role offers an excellent progression path for an individual who is looking to move in to project controls and move towards the role of a PMO Analyst or project controller and will give the opportunity to gain experience and familiarise the process' and artefacts needed to ensure projects stay on budget and time.

We are looking for individuals that are always looking to learn and expand their knowledge and would consider both individuals with a background in PMO administration or individuals who take a real pride in organisation and administration that would like to make a move towards project admin.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development and administration of resource and project plans.

  • Identify, support and monitor project or programme risks.

  • Establish and implement protocols to maintain and configure project documentation.

  • Oversee creation and distribution of project reports.

  • Work closely with PM's, Programme Managers and the Head of PMO to ensure structure.



What we're looking for:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite

  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills.

  • Well organised and process driven.

  • Understanding of Scheduling (desirable)
